I have a passion for working 1-2-1 with clients, here are the three main reasons why…

  1. Your practice advances and you transform in a way that would take years longer in a larger, group setting.  I focus on the ‘journey’, not the ‘destination’, but by working closely with me, undoubtedly it helps you deepen and accelerate your yoga practice.
  2. It builds a strong and special student-teacher bond, which deepens over time through consistent practice together.  This trust and authentic connection is key for healthy communication between you and I so that I can better understand your needs, adapt accordingly from session to session, and guide you in a progressive way that is unique and best for you.
  3. Yoga was traditionally taught 1-2-1, as the personal and prescriptive approach is far more beneficial for each student.  I love supporting people on their individual journey towards greater health and wellbeing, so whatever your level, whatever your aspirations, or whatever your injury, I am here to serve you.
